Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and initially worked at Abson Hall solicitors in Stockport.
In 1997 he joined Clive G Wood & Co solicitors as a partner where he remained until 2010 when he started Higgins Miller with Sarah Miller.
Mark is a member of the Law Society Family Law and Children Panels and is a Resolution accredited specialist. He can advise in all areas of family law and has a wealth of experience dealing with financial matters arising from divorce. Mark also represents children in care proceedings.
In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, two teenage children walking cycling and running and watching Stock Car racing.
